The International Music Week "Music in ME – Music International Week," a music festival organized by the Music Academy of the University of Montenegro, will be held from April 8th to 15th in Cetinje, promising a rich and diverse musical experience.
The upcoming festival, which represents one of the events through which, under the slogan FuturUM, the University of Montenegro celebrates 50 years since its founding, will host eminent educators and professors from renowned conservatories in Italy, Spain, and Poland.
During the international music week, the audience in Cetinje will have the opportunity to attend full-evening concerts in the Multimedia Hall of the Ministry of Culture and Media, jointly presented by guest lecturers as well as professors from the Music Academy.
An extremely important segment of the upcoming music festival is the Spring Music School, which will provide young and talented students from Montenegro and the region with a perfect opportunity to improve their skills and musical abilities through various workshops, including individual music lessons and theory classes. The school is designed to be fun and engaging, with a focus on fostering an environment for collaboration, support, making new friends, building lasting relationships with other young colleagues who share the same passion for music, and recognizing the Music Academy UCG as a choice for further advancement.
All participants of the Spring Music School will also have the opportunity to perform before and together with their peers at student concerts.
